Early check-in (late check-out) will be charged on a half-day basis (if available).

Credit card details are needed to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged prior to arrival but used to guarantee your reservation.

 

Cancellations are possible no later than

-1 day prior to arrival during Low season,

-2 nights prior to arrival during Shoulder season

-3 nights prior to arrival during High season 

 

In case of late cancellation or no-show your credit card will be charged cancellation penalty in the amount of a daily rate. 

Extra bed is only available in Deluxe room category for children under 18 at the cost 1900 roubles per night. Children under 7 y.o. are accommodated free of charge. 

 

Visa support costs 750 roubles per person.
